ある会社で社員をしている。
社長と打ち合わせをしていたら
退職した元重役が乗り込んできた。
「あいつはどうした？」
元重役は別の元重役について尋ねる。
どうやら過去に不正や裏切りがあったようだ。
その件で確認したいのだろう。
「連絡はありませんね」
知らないふりをしろと社長から指示されてもいた。
それにしても、久しぶりに会ったが
この男の顔のいやらしさは格別である。
下手な仁侠映画の悪役ヤクザみたいだ。
互いに会社再建の邪魔をしたいらしい。
まるでタヌキとキツネの騙し合いだな。
タヌキとキツネには申し訳ないけど。
Lightness of Executives
I work for a company.
When I was having a meeting with the president,
a retired former executive boarded in.
"What happened to him?"
He asks about another former executive.
Apparently there was injustice or betrayal in the past.
He would like to confirm the matter.
"I haven't heard from you."

to pretend I didn't know.
