散歩気分で業務スーパー。
銀鮭中骨水煮の缶詰などあり。
夏は冷やしポテトサラダうまし。
具だくさん味噌汁飲んで
果物、豆乳、納豆、漬物三昧。
食後にしっかりお口クチュクチュ。
歯はもちろん、目にも鼻にも効果あり。
入浴しながら洗濯もして
調理中の電子レンジからは距離を置く。
朝は裏庭の草刈り少々。
春秋は屋上で日光浴ときたもんだ。
