高い塔の最上階に三人の泥棒が住んでいました。
階段が壊れていたので誰も訪れず
また誰も住んでいないものと思われていました。
年若いのに、三人は立派な泥棒でした。
大胆な計画、綿密な準備、巧妙な手口。
盗まれたことを相手に気づかせないほどです。
時には、盗んで感謝されることさえあるのでした。
「僕、侯爵夫人は素敵な方だと思うな」
「でも、あの宝石飾りの帽子は似合わないわ」
「そうそう。せっかくの気品が台なしだ」
「かわいそうだから盗んであげようよ」
「あら、盗むほどのことかしら」
「だから、あの真ん中のルビーだけさ」
「そうか。あの飾りが悪いわけね」
そんな物騒な相談を、三人の泥棒は
仲良くいつまでも高い塔の上でするのでした。

Three thieves lived on the top floor of a high tower.
Because the stairs were broken,
nobody visited and everyone thought that no one lived there.
Three were young, but they were worthy thieves.
Bold planning, careful preparation, clever signature.
That person does not notice that it has been stolen.
Sometimes they steal and even thanked others.
"I think that marquise is a wonderful person."
"But that jewelry hat does not look good."
"Oh yeah, her elegance is rude."
"Let's steal from poor quality."
"Oh, is that enough to steal?"
"So, that is the ruby in the middle."
"Oh, that decoration is bad, is not it?"
Three thieves made such a noisy consultation
and forever made it on a high tower.
Unexpectedly, they may not be so bad.
