民衆を集めて何かするつもりらしい。
ところが、異変あって唐突に解散。
ただし、日本人を含めた外国人は帰さない。
隔離され、幽閉されるという噂。
逃げようとしたが捕まってしまった。
同じ中国人でも対応が異なる。
個々に勝手な判断をするため、混乱が拡大。
とりあえず、囚われた牢屋の中で模索する。
内側の改善は日本人が得意とするところゆえ。
