マンション管理組合の定期総会で
裏庭の一角を畑にすることに決めた。
担当役員を決め、土を掘り、ブロックで区画。
ホームセンターで肥料や土を買い
なかなか立派な畑らしきものができた。
さて何を植えようか。
そんなことを考えていたら
居住者の娘さんが屋上から飛び降りた。
美人だなあと思ってはいたが、まだ高校生だという。
もったいない気がしたので
この娘さんの死体を畑に埋めた。
その作業を見ていた住人もいたであろうに
娘さんの親からもどこからも苦情はなかった。
警察からも話はない。
そんなものか、と思った。
しばらくすると、畑から美人が生えてきた。
あの娘さんとは違う。
どことなく似てはいるが、明らかに別の美人だ。

Backyard Field
We decided to make a corner of the backyard a field
at the regular general meeting
of the condominium management association.
We decided the director in charge, dug up the soil,
and divided it into blocks.
We bought fertilizer and soil at our home improvement center,
and we got some pretty upland things.
Well, what shall I plant?
When I was thinking about that,
the resident's daughter jumped off the roof.
I thought she was a pretty girl
but she is still a high school student.
I felt that it was a waste,
so I buried this girl's corpse in the field.
There were no complaints from her parents or anywhere,
even some residents had seen the work.
There is no talk from the police either.
I thought it was something like that.
After a while, a beautiful woman grew from the field.
It is different from that girl.
Somewhat similar, but clearly another beauty.
