それに対して、知らない男があれこれ文句を言う。

「いやだ」と胸に抱くみたいにして返さない。
そのため、その大きさ形が腕くらいなのと
丈夫そうだからセラミック製かな、などと思った。

腕の大きさ形はセラミックと関係ないか。

そして、セラミック製のプラモデルなら、そりゃ
セラモデルだよな、と後から突っ込みを入れた。
Ceramic Model
The plastic model I made is shaped like a submarine.
