酒の神が恋をしました。
その相手は恋の女神でした。
でも、恋の女神は恋などしません。
他人の恋心に火をつけるだけです。
憧れの神の世話にもなりません。
嫉妬の女神なんか会ったこともありません。
だから結局、酒の神は失恋したのです。
酒の神は、悲しみのあまり酒に溺れ
酒樽の底に隠れてしまいました。
そんな哀れな酒の神に同情したのは
お節介な孤独の女神でした。
孤独の女神は、恋の女神を孤独にしました。
恋の女神はたまりません。
たちまち孤独に負けてしまって
飲めない酒を飲むようになりました。
そんな恋の女神の噂を聞いて、酒の神は
酒樽から嬉しそうに這い出てきました。
酒の神は、恋の女神の隣に座ると
その憂いに満ちた美しい横顔を眺め
恋の女神の孤独に乾杯しました、とさ。
