ひとり、帰り道を急いでいた。
ただし、急いでいた理由は思い出せない。
街灯の配置により、右側が明るく、左側が暗い。
ふと、暗い側を歩いている自分に気づく。
かなり疲れているらしい。
おや、向こうから騒がしい声がする。
ああ、羊だ。
毛並みのそろった羊の群。
ぺちゃくちゃ喋りながら移動している。
「あたし、どうも靴下がうまくはけないのよ」
「なら、はかなきゃいいじゃない」
「だって寒いんだもん」
「あんた、羊毛だけやめてよね」
羊の群がきれいに笑う。
指揮者のいるコーラスみたいに。
でも、なにがおかしいのかよくわからない。
やがて、羊の群は通りすぎてゆく。
ドップラー効果により
メエーメエーと鳴くばかりだ。
ため息が出た。
やはり街灯が暗い。
いまにも切れそうにウインクする電球。
これは本当に帰り道なのだろうか。
だんだん心配になってくる。
A Group of Sheep
I was in a hurry on my way home.
However, I can not remember the reason
why I was in a hurry.
Due to the arrangement of streetlights,
the right side is bright and the left side is dark.
Suddenly I notice myself walking on the dark side.

A group of sheeps laughs pretty.
Like a chorus with a conductor.

Eventually the sheep group passes by.
It only makes me noise with the Doppler effect.
I sighed.
Street light is still dark.
A light bulb that winks

Is this really a way back home?
I am gradually getting worried.
