傍聴席からどよめきが起こる。
女装した被告は満面の笑みをたたえ
不気味なしなを作って見せた。
裁判長は続ける。
「あきらかに被告は、いかがわしい外見と
いかがわしい言動を日常としている。
しかしながら、それをもって社会的秩序を乱す者、
美意識を狂わせ不快感を蔓延させる者として糾弾し
社会的に排斥する権限は、遺憾ながら我々にない。
法の精神にのっとり、いかがわしきは罰せず。
心情的に釈然とせぬものの、ここは笑って済ませたい」
自作自演。
Do Not Punish Dubious
The presiding judge has ruled.
"The defendant is acquitted."
A stir occurs from the auditorium.
The transvestite defendant groaned his full smile
and showed off with a weird gesture.
The presiding judge continues.
"Evidently, the defendant has a dubious look
and a dubious behavior on a daily basis.
Unfortunately, however,
we do not have the authority to criticize them
for disturbing social order or for disturbing aesthetics
and spreading discomfort.
In the spirit of the law, do not punish dubious.
I don't feel emotionally clear,
but I want to laugh here."
