排泄とは、いたずらに意識を興奮または刺激させ
かつ普通人の正常な理性的平常心を害し
安定した理性的意識活動に反する行為または物の属性である。
公然と排泄な行為をした者は
6箇月以下の懲役もしくは30万円以下の罰金
または拘留もしくは科料に処する。
排泄な文書、図画、電磁的記録に係る記録媒体
その他の排泄物を排泄し、または公然と陳列した者は
2年以下の懲役または250万円以下の罰金
もしくは科料に処し、または懲役および罰金を併科する。
電気通信の送信により排泄な電磁的記録
その他の記録を排泄した者も同様とする。
有償で排泄する目的で排泄物を所持
または排泄な電磁的記録を保管した者も同様とする。

Excretory Display Crime Sentence
Excretion is an act or an attribute of an object
that violates consciousness excited or irritate,

The same shall apply to persons who have stored
electromagnetic records possessing or excreting excrement
for the purpose of excluding for fee.
