駅前ロータリーみたいな場所。
台風の影響で遅延した電車を待っていた。
手持ちの財布から小銭がこぼれ落ちた。
アスファルトの上から10円玉を一枚拾う。
10円玉がもう一枚落ちていた。
それを拾うと、先に拾った一枚がこぼれ落ちた。
どうもうまくいかない。
「それもあなたのではないですか？」
隣にいた年配の男が教えてくれた。
1円玉だった。
「そうですね」拾う。
「おや、あれもそうではありませんか？」
やはり1円玉だった。
眺めると、あちこちに小銭が落ちていた。
すべてが私のものとは思えない。
CDほどのサイズの1円玉も落ちていた。
それを拾って、つくづく見入る。
きれいに薄くつぶれた感じ。
さながら銅鏡ならぬアルミニウム鏡。
それを見て、男がドラえもんの話を始める。
連想するイメージがあったのだろう。
「そうですね。そんな話、ありましたね」
適当に話を合わせておく。

A place like traffic circle at station square.
I was waiting for a train
