スケッチがスコップ

教室でスケッチをする予定。
下請け会社の社長を呼び、三人組で。

そのはずだったが、なぜか屋外にいる。
しかも、雪国の冬。

道端の流雪溝（りゅうせつこう）にスコップの先を突き刺す。
雪の塊（かたまり）が割れ、滞（とどこお）っていた水が流れ始めた。

近所のおばさんが感心した様子。
「なかなかやるね」

まんざらでもない。


Sketch Is a Scoop

I plan to call the president
of a subcontracting company
and do sketching in a classroom with three people.

That should have happened,
but for some reason I'm outdoors.

Moreover, it is winter in a snow country.

I pierce the tip of a scoop
into a snow-drift on the roadside.

The lump of snow cracked
and the water that had stagnated began to flow.

A woman in the neighborhood was impressed.
"You do quite well."

I'm not too lazy.
