深夜に帰宅すると
妻が一人になっていた。
「あなた、おかえりなさい」
三人の妻の声がひとつに重なって聞こえた。
その女は三人の妻の誰でもなかった。
だが、三人の妻の誰とも似ていた。
「誰だ、おまえは？」
「あなた、また酔ってるのね」
たしかに酒は飲んでいた。
家もぐるぐるまわっている。
「あいつらは、どこだ？」
「もう、いいから早く寝なさい」
知らないうちに寝かされてしまった。
翌朝、その妻の横で目が覚めた。
妻を挟んで、向こう側に男が寝ていた。
なんとなく納得してしまった。
たぶん、もう一人の夫に違いない。
Three wives
When coming home late at night
my wife was alone.
"You, welcome back."
I heard the voices of the three wives
overlapping one on top of another.
That woman was not one of the three wives.
But she looked like any of the three wives.
"Who are you?"
"You, you are drunk again."
Indeed it was drinking.
My house is spinning around.
"Where are they?"
"Already go, go to bed as soon as possible."
I fell asleep before I knew.
The next morning I woke up beside the wife.
A man lay asleep on the other side across my wife.
I was convinced somewhat.
Maybe he must be her other husband.
