はかどらぬ仕事に疲れ果てた。
もう深夜だった。
少し寒かった。
「そろそろ寝よう」
立ち上がり、照明を消した。
真っ暗闇。
何も見えなかった。
ともかく手探りで歩いた。
あれこれ考え事をしながら。
しばらくして、やっと気がついた。
まだ扉に手が触れていない事に。
窓や壁にさえ当たっていない。
こんなに家は広くなかったはず。
街明りも星明かりもなかった。
「ここはどこだ？」
わからない。
誰からも返事はない。
ひどく寒くなってきた。
とても耐えられそうもないほどに。
Total Darkness
I'm exhausted from the hard work.
It was already midnight.
It was a little cold.
"Let's go to bed soon."
I stood up and turned off the lights.
Total darkness.
I couldn't see anything.
Anyway, I groped.
While thinking about this and that.
After a while, I finally realized that
I hadn't touched the door yet.
I haven't even hit the windows or walls.
The house wouldn't have been this big.
There were no city lights or starlights.
"Where is here?"
I don't know.
There is no reply from anyone.
It's getting terribly cold.
It's so unbearable.
