ささやかなピアノ曲を贈ろう。

クリスチャンでもなんでもないから　
三位一体（さんみいったい）とかよくわからないけど　

聖霊と呼ばれるものについては　
なんとなく音楽に近いような気がするな。

八百万（やおよろず）の雑多な神々おわしますところの島国では　
天にまします父と子の堅苦しい教えなんか取っ払い　

デートやケーキ、ツリーやサンタ　
おいしい楽しいとこだけいただきましょう　

というわけだ。

まちがった考えかもしれないけど　
血みどろの宗教戦争なんかするよりは　

全然まちがってないと思うよ。

Christmas Eve Song

Let's give a small piano piece for you on Christmas Eve.

I'm not a Christian, so I'm not sure about the Trinity,
but I don't think the Holy Spirit is something like music.

In an island country where many miscellaneous gods live,
let's get rid of the stubborn teachings of father and son,
and have dates, cakes, trees, Santa, and delicious fun.

It may be a wrong idea, but I don't think it's wrong at all,
rather than a bloody religious war.
