隣に寝ていた女が変容を始めた。
「今夜は眠らせないから」
声と表情が変わったのに気づく。
女の長く伸びた爪が肩に深く刺さる。
その傷口の上を女の舌が這う。
「もっと楽しいことをしようよ」
舌先を指でつまみ、その持ち主に提案してみる。
女は疑わしそうな眼差しのまま首をかしげる。
「もっと楽しいことがあるの？」
ベッドの下から大きな麻袋を取り出す。
「ふたり、この袋の中に入るんだ」
その時、遠くで寺の鐘が鳴り響いた。
月の光を浴びながら女は床に立つ。
「この袋には見覚えがあるわ」
女の髪がゆれる。
「まず、あなたから先に入って」
いやな予感がした。
だが、ここでためらうわけにはいかない。
開いた麻袋の口に頭から突っ込む。
「さあ、次は君の番だ」
ところが、すでに袋の口は閉じられていた。
女の冷たい笑い声が聞こえる。
「なかなか楽しいじゃないの」
Big Jute Bag
The woman sleeping next to me began to transform.
"Because I won't let you sleep tonight."
I notice that
her voice and her expression have changed.
Her long claws pierce my shoulder.
Her tongue crawls over her wound.
"Let's do something more fun."
I pinch the tip of her tongue with her fingers
and I try to propose to her.
The woman tilts her head
with a questioning look in her eyes.
"Do you have more fun?"
I take out a large jute bag from under the bed.
"We're both going into this bag."
At that moment, a temple bell rang in the distance.
She stands on the floor in the moonlight.
"This bag looks familiar."
her hair flutters.
"You should go in first."
I had a bad feeling.
But here I have no hesitation.
I thrust my head into the mouth of the open jute bag.
"Now it's your turn."
However, the mouth of the bag was already closed.
I hear her cold laughter.
