どうやら私は中学校の古株の教師らしい。
新学年となって新任教師をフォローする立場。
しかし、残念ながら問題がある。
この学校特有の問題なのか、一般にも言えるのか
つまびらかでないが、ともかく普通には教えられない。
能力不足とか方法論ではない。
構造というか、根本に係わる致命的な欠陥なのだ。
だから新任教師は必ず挫折する。
彼女を泣かせるような結末も見える。
予感として見えるそれは実現する。
どうしたものか。

New Teacher
