これは夢だ、とはっきり自覚する夢を見た。
それと言うのも、理由があった。
その夜、眠くもないのに早目に眠る必要あって
いつもより早い時刻に寝入ったから。
眠る体調でないまま寝入った結果である。
つまり、眠りながらも脳は起きていたわけだ。
なかなか面白い感覚だった。
ただし、その感覚に驚いたあまり
見た夢のイメージをすっかり忘れてしまった。
自作自演。
Lucid Dream
I saw a dream that I realized that this was a dream.
There were reasons to say that as well.
That night I had to sleep early, though I wasn't sleepy,
I fell asleep earlier than usual.
This is the result of falling asleep without feeling asleep.
In other words, the brain was awake while sleeping.
It was quite interesting feeling.
However,
I was totally forgotten about the image of the dream I saw
because I was surprised by that feeling.
