上司と一緒に大型装置を組み立てている。
基盤に電子部品を装着したいが、サイズが合わない。
「取扱説明書はないのですか」と尋ねると
「あればいいが、じつはない」と上司の返事。
そもそもおれは、なんの装置か知らない。
それらしい組み立て作業をしているだけだ。
こんな手探りな状況では、いつ完成するのやら。
Assembling the Device
I am assembling a large device with my boss.
I want to mount electronic components on the board,
but the size does not fit.
I asked, "Is there an instruction manual?"
The boss replied, "I wish I had it, but it's not true."
In the first place, I don't know what kind of device it is.
I'm just doing that kind of assembly work.
When will it be completed in such a fumbling situation?
