浅いプールを這っている。
潜水は勿論、溺れることすらままならぬ。
水深が足らないために泳げないのだ。
ただし、プールの底は滑らかなので
肘や膝が擦れて痛い、ということはない。
たくさんの人々が這っている。
スクール水着の女の子が多いところを見ると
どうやら学校の付属プールらしい。
いくらか水深のあるプール中央では
泳ぐように這う人の姿も見える。
いわゆる肘泳ぎである。
肘泳ぎで這い進み、女の子にぶつかると
その体をトカゲのようにヌルリと乗り越えてゆく。
女の子に乗り越えられることもある。
これが、なかなか楽しい。
気持ち良い。
やめられなくなる。
「しかし、肘泳ぎは疲れるな」
プールサイドで日光浴してる友人に声をかける。
彼は肘泳ぎの名人なのだ。
「布団の中を這ってるみたいだろ」
その通りなので、僕は感心する。
「まったくだね」
本当に布団の中を這ってるみたいだ。
Elbow Swimming
I am creeping a shallow pool.
As well as diving, you can not even drown.
I can not swim because the water depth is insufficient.
However, because the bottom of the pool is smooth,
it does not hurt my elbows and knees rubbing.

Because many school swimsuit girls,
it seems to belong to the school's attached pool.
In the middle of the pool with some depth,
you can see people crawling like swimming.
It is a so-called elbow swimming.
They crawl on elbow swimming, and when they hit a girl,
they get over the body smoothly like a lizard.
Sometimes girls get over them.
This is quite fun.
It feels good.
I can not stop it.
"But this elbow swimming is tiring."
I call out to a friend who is sunbathing by the pool.
He is a master of elbow swimming.
"It feels like you are crawling in the futon."
That's right, I admire it.
"That's exactly right."
Actually I seem to be crawling in the futon.
