狭いながらも会場は満員。
観客はじっと舞台を見つめている。
舞台では人形使いが人形を操っている。
「それにしても、きたない人形だな」
「ふん。おまえの下着ほどじゃないさ」
「おれの下着、いつ見たんだ？」
「ふん。見なくてもわかるさ」
「比べてみるか？」
「いいとも」
「いやいや、やっぱりやめた」
「どうして？」
「忘れたんだ」
「なにを？」
「下着はいてくるのを」
くだらない会話ではあるが
すべて人形使いの腹話術である。
じつは、人形使いは人形。
そして、人形が人形使いなのであった。
まあ、よくある話ではある。
ところが、この人形使いだけでなく、
観客もみんな人形なのであった。
まるで反応というものがない。
拍手も喝采も、野次さえない。
人形を愛し、人を愛せぬ
なんとも悲しい人形の人形使い。

Although it is small, the venue is full.

"Hmm. I can understand without seeing that."
"Would you like to compare?"
"That's okay."
"Wait, wait, I quit."
"Why?"
"I forgot."
"What?"
"I forgot to wear it."
It's a silly conversation,
but it's all the puppeteer ventriloquism.
In fact, the puppeteer was a puppet.
And the puppet was a puppeteer.
Well, it's a common story.
However, not only this puppeteer
but also the audience were all puppets.
There is no reaction.
There is no applause, no applause, no heckler.
A puppeteer who is a sad puppet
who loves puppets and does not love people.
