寝室の壁から太ももが生えてきた。
と言うか、若い女性であろう片脚が突き出てきたのだ。
生モノである証拠のようにクネクネ動いている。
壁に穴があいていて、そこに愚かな女の子が脚を突っ込んだ
というわけではなさそうだ。
その壁の向こう側は廊下であり
誰かいるべき場所には誰もいないのだから。
そもそも、おれは孤独を愛する独身者である。
この家に同居者はいない。
最初こそ驚いたものの、おれは冷静に脚を観察した。
いわゆる生脚にハイヒール。
なかなかの脚線美である。
生えてきた理由は知らないが
このままここにあり続けるかどうかも不明。
恐る恐る人差し指で太ももに触れてみた。
すると、ピクリと動き、壁の向こうへ引っこもうとする。
おれはあわてて足首をつかんだ。
引き戻そうとすると、脚は暴れ、
壁を上下左右に動きまわる。
やはり壁の固有の穴ではなかったわけだ。
しかし、いくら強く引っ張っても
どうやら太ももの付け根までが限界のようだ。
おれはズボンのベルトを片手で外すと
苦労して足首に巻き、さらにベッドの端に縛り付けた。
さて、どうしようか。
おれは油性ペンで太ももに文字を書いた。
「あなた 誰？」
それから、ベルトの長さを調節。
すると、太もも部分が壁の向こうへ隠れた。
しばらくすると、再び太もも部分が現れた。
返事の文字が書かれてあった。
「てめえこそ 誰だよ！」
