これは「ヘビの共食い」という怖い話なんだけど
僕はこの話を友だちのユウキ君から聞いた。
ユウキ君はアカネさんという
そのアカネさんがどんな女の人なのか、僕は知らない。
で、その会ったこともないアカネさんが言うには
この怖い話には、ヘビが一匹も出てこないんだって。
「ヘビの共食い」という話なのに変だよね。
それで、なぜなのかユウキ君がアカネさんに尋ねたら
アカネさん、もっと変なことを言うんだって。
この怖い話をアカネさんに教えてくれたのは
アカネさんの家の近所の須藤さんという人らしい。
一人で暮らしてるおじいさんなんだそうだけど
やっぱり僕、そんな老人は知らない。
その須藤さんに、アカネさんも同じことを尋ねたらしい。
すると、これはユウキ君の友だちの僕から聞いた話だから
僕に尋ねてごらん、ってアカネさんに言ったんだって。
なんだよ、それは。
そんな話、もちろん僕は初耳さ。
須藤さんがアカネさんをからかったのか。
それとも、アカネさんがユウキ君をからかったのか。
それとも････
まあ、なんだかよくわからない変な話なんだけれども
まあ、なんとなく怖い話でもあるよね。
Cannibalism of Snakes
This is a scary story called "cannibalism of snakes,"
