どこか知らない場所に沼がある。
ただし、その沼を見た者はいない。
もともとは水の澄んだきれいな池だった。
魚なども泳いでいたそうである。
それが今では真黒な泥沼。
腐った臭いを周囲に撒き散らしている。
魚どころかイトミミズさえも逃げてしまった。
なぜこんなに汚れてしまったのかというと
じつは沼の底に穴があるから。
その穴の奥は細い管になっていて
地中をどこまでも延びている。
どこか知らないところにつながっていて
そこから汚れたものが送られてくる。
そのために池が泥沼となってしまったのだ。
それにしても沼の汚れはもう限界。
よくもまあ地中の管が詰まらないものである。
そのうち逆流するのではなかろうか。
たまりにたまった真黒な汚泥の逆流。
ものすごいことになりそうだ。
このまま放っておいていいのかね。
どこにつながっているのか知らないけどさ。

Quagmire Somewhere
Somewhere in an unknown place there is a swamp.
However, no one has seen the swamp.
Originally it was a clear pond with clear water.
Fish were also swimming.
It is now a pitch black quagmire.
It spreads a rotten smell all around.
Not only the fish, but even the Tubular Tuftworm escaped.
The reason why it is so dirty is because
there is actually a hole in the bottom of the swamp.
Inside the hole is a thin tube
that extends endlessly underground.
It's connected to somewhere we don't know,
and from there the dirty things are sent.
As a result, the pond became a quagmire.
Even so, the dirt in the swamp is already the limit.
Oh my God, underground pipes don't get clogged.
Isn't it going to flow backwards soon?
A backflow of jet-black sludge
that has accumulated in a puddle.
It's going to be amazing.
