僕たちが 百名山の一つであるところの
その麗しき山頂に
よっこらよっこら 苦労して登り
やれやれと 記念撮影なんぞしていたら
僕たちの頭上 ほんの数ｍのところに
ひらりと 有人グライダーが現れて
操縦席から軽く手を振りながら 向こうへ
悠々と飛んで行った。
なるほど。
上には上があるものだ。

A Glider
We struggled to climb the beautiful summit,
one of the 100 famous mountains in Japan.
When we were tired
and taking a commemorative photo,
a manned glider appeared just a few meters above us.
The pilot shook his hand lightly from the cockpit
and flew away calmly.
So that's it.
There is a top on top.
