休日なのに出社すると、社員が二人ほどいた。
ことさら仕事があるわけではない。
ダラダラしていたら、社長もやって来た。
「おい。あれはどうなった？」
私が発案した商品企画の件だ。
「そうですね。これから考えてみます」
みたいな返事をしたのだろう。
ひらめいたのか、ひらめいていたのか
社長自らが図面を引き始めた。
家とダンプカーを組み合わせて斜めにしたような
必要以上に立派な図面を短時間で書き上げた。
「どうだ？ これでいいのではないかな」
「そうですね。あとは見積もりを煮詰めれば」
そんな話をしたような、しないような。

When I came to work even though it was a holiday,

the president himself began to draw drawings.

like a combination of a house and a dump truck, slanted.
