地下鉄の出口みたいなところから大通りへ出て
大きなビルの駐車場入口みたいなところに立つ。
なにやらチームを組んだ企業戦士の気分。
部下が用意した段取りに従って行動している。
「ここで、ターゲットのクルマに土下座します」
ふたりの部下のうちのひとりが説明する。
「来ました。あれです」
すぐに目的のクルマが現れた。
我々は壁ぎりぎりの端に並んで土下座する。
事がうまく運ぶなら、こんなのなんでもない。
そう思いつつ、コンクリートの地面を見下ろす。
頭のすぐ近くを車輪が通り過ぎる。
駐車して降りた男は作業服を着た背の高い細身の男。
「名刺をよこしなさい」
そう言うので、あわてて名刺を差し出す。
我々から名刺を受け取ると、そのまま立ち去った。
これでおしまい。
おそらく、のちほど成果が表れるのだろう。
「もっとマシな名刺を用意しておくんだったな。
主任時代の名刺で、しかも一部手書きだったよ」
そんなことを笑いながら話すのだった。

Dogeza
We go out from a subway exit to the main street
and stand at a parking lot entrance in a large building.
It feels like a corporate warrior
who has formed a team.
We are acting according to the setup prepared
by my subordinates.
"Here we sit down on the target car."
One of my two subordinates explains.
"He's here. That's it."
Immediately the desired car appeared.
We sit side by side on the edge of the wall.
If things go well, it's nothing like this.
With that in mind,
I look down on the concrete ground.
Wheels pass by in the immediate vicinity of our head.
The man who parked and got off was a tall,
slender man in work clothes.
"Send me a business card."
He says so,
so I hurry and give him his business card.
When he received the business card from us, he left.
That's it.
Perhaps the results will come out later.
"I had to prepare a better business card.
It was a business card from my time as a chief,
and it was partly handwritten."
I talked about that with a laugh.
