ある事柄を理解せんとする時、
その背景となる事柄も理解せねばなるまい。
その背景となる事柄についても、
さらなる背景の事柄がないとも限らない。
さらなる背景となる事柄がないと仮定すれば、
そこで理解の世界は閉じる。
有限の世界の内なる事柄同士の関係や組み合わせに
終始するのみであろう。
さらなる背景が限りなく続くとすれば、
とりあえずの理解で済ます他ない。
すべての事柄を理解するためには
世界が閉じていなければ終わらないから。
そしてまた、あらゆる事柄を理解せんとする
理解者の能力にも限界がある。
なぜなら理解者は
すべての事柄の集まりである世界の一部に過ぎないから。

Limits of Understanding
When understanding a certain thing,
you must understand the background as well.
There is not necessarily a matter of further background
about the background as well.
Assuming that there is no further background,
then the world of understanding will close.
It will only start the relationship
and combination of the inner things of the limited world.
If further background continues infinitely,
there is no other choice but to understand for the time being.
In order to understand all things
it will not end unless the world is closed.
And also there is a limit to the ability of understanders
to understand everything.
Because the understanding person is only a part of the world
which is a collection of all things.
