その装置は蒸気機関のようになっている。
調べると、古いのでかなり傷んでいる。
傷み具合を隣に住む変人に問われ
その髭もじゃ髪くしゃの老人に説明する。
配管の喉みたいなところを指で押さえると
装置のあちこちから白い煙が出る。
いやいや、危ないなんてもんじゃない。
蒸気ならともかく、プロパンガスでしょ。
「だからきれいに掃除しなければいけません」
などと忠告しながら、深い違和感を覚える。
装置を丸ごと交換するしかないよな。
