害虫を駆除する装置を作ってみた。
叩いてつぶす棒である。
ただし、まだ調整が済んでない。
なのに一匹、もう害虫が姿を現した。
ならば、装置を使ってみるしかあるまい。
実際、それで叩いてみた。
だめだ。完全につぶれない。
薄皮一枚はがれただけ。
逃げてしまうので調整してる暇がない。
もう一度叩く。
やはりつぶれない。
同じく薄皮一枚はがれただけ。
害虫は叩かれながら逃走する。
逃げながら薄皮一枚を次々と残し続ける。
害虫の本体は薄っぺらくなるものの
その数が増え続けてる気がせぬこともない。
One Thin Skin
I made a device to control pests.

The pest runs away while being beaten.
It escapes
and leaves behind one thin skin after another.
Although the body of pests has become thinner,
I feel that the number is increasing.
