敵と戦っているわけだが、それだけではない。
敵は味方の中にもいる。
敵と戦う前に、まず味方と戦わねばならない。
つまり、組織内部における闘争。
上官、同輩、部下と戦わねばならない。
時には自滅せんとする己とさえも。
Battleship Struggle
We are fighting on or inside the battleship.
We are fighting our enemies, but that's not all.
The enemy is also on our side.
Before I can fight my enemies, I must first fight my allies.
In other words, the struggle within the organization.
I have to fight my superiors, peers, and subordinates.
Sometimes even myself trying to self-destruct.
