立体交差の高速道路から黒煙が上っている。
どうやら車両衝突による爆破事故があったらしい。
近づくのは危険だが、そちらへ行かなければならない。
いわく言い難い個人的に重要な用事があるからだ。
途中、高校の剣道部時代のふたりの先輩に出会った。
彼らはまだ剣道を続けているらしい。
その証拠のように防具袋や竹刀を持っている。
おれはなぜか野球の金属バットを持っている。
それを木刀のように構え、ふたりに立ち向かう。
当時は随分怖い人たちだったが
ようやく対峙できる心境になれたようだ。
Two Seniors
Black smoke is rising from the overpass highway.
Apparently there was a blast accident
due to a vehicle collision.
It's dangerous to get close, but I have to go there.
It's because
I have an important personal affair that is hard to say.
Along the way,
I met two seniors from the high school kendo club.
It seems that they are still practicing kendo.
Like that
proof, they have armor bags and bamboo swords.
I have a baseball metal bat for some reason.
I hold it like a wooden sword and confront them.
They were pretty scary at the time,
but it seems that I'm finally ready to face them.
