犯罪者の処遇において
懲役刑とか禁固刑とかあるが
たとえ強制労働あるとしても
衣食住まで税金で賄うのはいかがなものか。
不景気な娑婆の従順な納税者と比べても
明らかに犯罪者に甘いのではなかろうか。
衣食住が保証される刑務所に入りたいがため
通り魔殺人をしようとする輩が出る始末だ。
本末転倒であろう。
昔の百叩き刑のような体罰も、洗練させ
選択肢として復活させたい気もする。
それに死刑を認めるなら、たとえば
寿命を縮める薬を飲む刑だって許可したい。
または、治療を受けさせない刑とか。
ともかく、凶悪犯罪が減らない理由がそこあるなら
ことなかれに放置しておきたくないものだ。

Loose Punishment
There are prison sentences and imprisonment
