昼間そこは空地なのだが
夜になると古めかしい洋館が建っている。
「なるほど、幽霊屋敷か」
私は感心しながら玄関扉のノッカーを叩く。
しばらくすると扉が開き
執事らしき暗い顔の男が現れる。
「ようこそ、いらっしゃいませ」
私はホッとする。
どうやら歓迎されているらしい。
そのまま彼に案内され
私は奥の広間まで通される。
大勢の老若男女が集まっている。
パーティであろうか。
笑い声や話し声が聞こえる。
「やれやれ。
またひとり、幽霊がやって来たよ」
Haunted House
It's a vacant lot during the day, but at night
there is an old-fashioned Western-style building.
"I see, is it a haunted house?"
I am impressed and hit the knocker on the front door.
After a while, the door opens and a dark-faced man
who looks like a butler appears.
"Welcome."
I'm relieved.
Apparently I'm welcome.
Guided by him as it is,
I am passed to the hall in the back.
A large number
of men and women of all ages are gathering.
Is it a party?
I can hear laughter and speech.
"Yeah. Another ghost has arrived."
