さる陸の孤島に一匹のモモンガが生息しており
たまに思い出したように滑空するという。
普通のリスではなく、また鳥でもなく
なぜ彼女がモモンガなのかは不明である。
おそらく、空を飛びたいのはやまやまだが
羽ばたいてまで空を飛びたいほどではないのだろう。
いかにも彼女はくたびれやすそうだから。
彼女、鳴き声はバリエーションに富むが
地声がもっとも作り声に聞こえるという弱点を持つ。
ただし私は、本物のモモンガの鳴き声を知らない。
たまに木の枝から飛び降りるように滑空するのが
モモンガとしての彼女の唯一の楽しみのようである。
毒虫はいまわり、悪臭ただよう環境にじっと耐え
彼女は今日も陸の孤島でたくましく生きる。
A Flying Squirrel on Inaccessible Land
One flying squirrel inhabits an inaccessible land
and glides as occasionally remembered.
It is not an ordinary squirrel, not a bird,
and it is unknown why she is Flying squirrel.
Perhaps she wants to fly in the sky,
but she does not want to fly the sky
until it flares its wings.
Because she seems to be tired easily.
She has a weak point that the cry is rich in variation
but natural voice can be heard
as the most feigned voice.
However,
I do not know the cry of real flying squirrel.
Sometimes gliding like jumping off the tree branch
seems to be her only enjoyment as Flying squirrel.
Poisonous things around,
standing still in a stinky environment,
she lives strongly in inaccessible land today.
