治療を受けるイスに座り、紙コップを置く。
給水器から自動で酒が出てくる。
つい口をすすいで吐き出してしまった。
心の中でつぶやく。
「これではなんにもならない」
牛スジの煮込みを頼む。
他には裂きイカくらいしかない。
金属トレーに盛られて出てきた。
箸は置いてない。
ピンセットで食べなければならないらしい。
インプラントの義歯の隙間にスジが挟まった。
なかなか取れない。
ここは食後のサービスとして
歯科衛生士から歯の掃除をしてもらえるという。
ていねいに歯垢まで取ってもらい
口の中が血だらけになった。
マニュアル通りにやっているのだろうが
心の中で叫ばずにいられない。
「そこまでしなくていい！」
I Can't Help but Scream
I entered an izakaya that was a renovated dental clinic.
I sit on the chair to receive treatment
and put down a paper cup.
Liquor comes out automatically from the water dispenser.
Out of habit, I rinsed my mouth and spit it out.
I murmur in my heart.
"This will do nothing."
I order the stewed beef tendon.
There is only about split squid.
It came out on a metal tray.
No chopsticks.
Apparently I have to eat it with tweezers.
I got a muscle stuck in the gap
between my implant dentures.
I can't get it.
Here, as an after-meal service, I was asked
to have my teeth cleaned by a dental hygienist.
She even carefully removed the plaque from her teeth
and my mouth was full of blood.
She must be doing it according to the manual,
but I can't help but scream in my heart.
"You don't have to go that far!"
