浅草を連想させる街に知人が店を出すことになった。
寿司屋とか焼き鳥屋とかやっていた連中が
ソバ屋をやろうとしているのだ。
ひとつ冷やかしてやろう、と出かけてみた。
文化祭の催しをしている教室のような商店街が続く。
途中、いくつか空白はあるものの
あたりを散策していると、別の知人たちに会った。
親類の伯母や従兄ような印象もある。
そちらも今日が開店初日で、家庭料理を出す食堂らしい。
そこそこの客が入っている。
ふと窓に目をやると、見覚えのある景色が見えた。
最初の目的の店から見えた景色に似ている。
外に出て確認してみると、やはり最初の店が近くにあった。
入ってみると、あまり客足がよろしくない様子。
手伝いの老女が声をかけてくる。
「久しぶりだね。あんたは私を知らないだろうね」
実際知らないので「ええ、知らないですね」
「とりあえずソバでも食べなさい」
大きな器に自分でソバを盛る。
それを食べた印象もないのに商店街を歩いている。
なんとなく知っているような男に腕をつかまれ
彼の店へ来るように誘われる。
しかし、なんとなく印象が悪いので行きたくない。
「これから行く店があるので」と断る。
その男は怒り出し、強引に店に連れ込もうとする。
こちらもムキになって「あんたの店へは行きたくない」
なんとなく風俗店ではないか、と思う。
そのままスポーツ店をやっている別の知人の店に
今まさに入ったか入らないかというところ。

Stores of Acquaintances
My acquaintance decided to open a store
in a town reminiscent of Asakusa.
People who used to run sushi restaurants
and yakitori restaurants are trying
to run buckwheat restaurants.
I went out to chill them.
A shopping street like a classroom holding
a cultural festival continues.

I met other acquaintances while strolling around.

a relative's aunt or cousin.
Today is also the first day of opening,
and it seems to be a cafeteria
that serves home-cooked food.
There are decent customers.
When I suddenly looked at the window,
I saw a familiar view.
It resembles the view seen
from the first store of interest.
When I went outside and checked,
the first store was still nearby.
When I entered, it seemed that the number
of customers was not so good.
An old woman helping the store calls out to me.
She said,
"It's been a long time. You don't know me, right?"
I don't really know, so "Yes, I don't know."
"Eat buckwheat for the time being."
I put buckwheat in a big bowl myself.
I don't have the impression that I ate it,
but I'm walking in the shopping district.
A man who somehow knows grabs my arm
and invites me to come to his store.
However, I don't want to go
because I have a bad impression.
"There is a store I'm going to go to," I refuse.
The man gets angry
and tries to force me into the store.
I was determined and said,
"I don't want to go to your store."
I think it's a sex shop somehow.
I'm wondering
if I've just entered another acquaintance's store
that runs a sports store.
