職場の会議に参加していたはず。
だが、なにやら事情あって会議は中止された。
その後、他の業務に携わっていたが
調べ物あって会議室に入ったら会議をしている。
参加者は偉そうな役職者ばかりである。
先ほどの会議とは案件が異なるのかもしれない。
だが、後難を恐れるというか
このままにしておくのも心配である。
参加中の上司にこっそり問い合わせる。
「税理士を呼ばなくてもいいのですか？」
上司の男は黙ったまま首を横に振る。
仕方なく離れたものの、スッキリしない。
会議室にあるキャビネットの中を調べていると
不意に異様な音がしたので振り返る。
サッシの窓ガラスにヒビが入り、割れている。
原因は不明だが、とにかく窓に近寄り
ガラスの破片を素手で押さえようと試みる。
だが、うまくいかず、バラバラ落ちてしまった。
窓辺から見下ろすと、ここは二階か三階で
真下は駐車場のようである。
建物の内側に隠れているが、誰かの靴先が見える。
「まだ落ちるかもしれないので危ないですよ」
注意したが、下の人物は平気で外に出てきた。
はなはだ無頓着な人がいたものである。

Broken Window Glass
I should have attended a meeting at work.
However, for some reason the meeting was canceled.
After that, I was involved in other work,
but when I entered the conference room for research,
a meeting was held.
Participants are all executives who look great.
The matter may be different from the previous meeting.
However, I'm afraid of the troubles,
or I'm worried about leaving it as it is.
I secretly contact my participating boss.
"Do I have to call a tax accountant?"
The boss man shakes his head silently.
I'm unavoidably separated, but it's not refreshing.
When I was looking inside the cabinet
in the conference room,
I suddenly heard a strange noise, so I looked back.
The window glass of the sash is cracked.
The cause is unknown, but I just approach the window
and try to hold the broken glass with my bare hands.
However, it didn't work and the debris fell apart.
Looking down from the window,
this is the second or third floor,
and just below it looks like a parking lot.
It's hidden inside the building,
but I can see someone's shoes.
"It's dangerous because debris may still fall."
I was careful, but the person below came out
without any hesitation.
There was a person who was careless.
