とても勝てないと男は判断。
慰謝料払って和解する方針を決めた。
それで双方の関係者やら弁護士を立ち合いに
集まって話し合いすることになった。
その席で相手側陣営の誰かが男を侮辱した。
これにより、同等な侮辱を双方とも受けたとして
慰謝料を払うことなく和解は成立した。

It is said that a man insulted a woman.
It got overwhelmed by twisting,
and it was decided to trial at last.
The man judges that he probably will not win.
He decided the policy
to reconcile with payment of consolation fees.
So with a staff member and a lawyer in attendance,
they decided to gather and talk.
Someone in the opposing campsuffered the man
at that seat.
With this,
a settlement was established
without paying a consolation fee,
saying that they received both equal insults.
