男は写真家のようだ。
下宿の二階から床の四角い大きな穴を通して
一階の作業場のような中庭のような場所を
変則の脚立を使ったカメラで撮影している。
「あの米俵、なんとかならんかな」
下の被写体に不満があるようだ。
「みんな出払っていて、なんとも」
掃除のおばさんが返事する。
「あの山羊は、まあいいんだけどな」
男はバシャバシャ写真を撮り続ける。
写真家によって住む部屋を失った老人が嘆く。
「ああ、上野で野宿するしかないかな」
おれは提案する。
「二つ部屋を借りてるから、一つ使っていいよ」
「ホントかい？」
「うん。ホント」
「でも、コンセントが一つしかないだろ？」
「いいや。二つはあるはずだよ」
まだ決めかねている老人の気が知れない。
Photographer's outlet
The man is like a photographer.
From the second floor of the boarding house
through a large square hole in the floor,
he shoots a place like a courtyard
like a workshop on the first floor
with a camera using an irregular stepladder.
"I wonder if that rice bag can be managed?"
He seems to be dissatisfied with the subject below.
"Everyone is paying out."
The cleaning lady replies.
"That goat is okay, though."
He keeps taking pictures without hesitation.
An old man who lost his room to live
by the photographer laments.
"Oh, I have no choice but to stay in Ueno."
I propose.
"I'm renting two rooms, so you can use one."
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah. Really."
"But there is only one outlet, right?"
"No. There must be two."
I don't know the old man who hasn't decided yet.
