誰かの書いた論文を別の誰かが自分の論文として提出した。
これについては両者の間であらかじめ取り決めがあり
その行為自体に悪意があるわけではない。
だが、意外なところで問題が発生した。
というのは、その書き上がった論文の出来が
当初の想定をはるかに超えて良質だったのである。
このまま公表となれば、どちらにとっても
それぞれ別の意味で不利益となりかねない。
ひいては訴訟沙汰の上、遺恨を残さないとも限らない。
ここでは大人の対応として例外規定を適用させ
著者を差し替える修正手続きの通達を出さねばなるまい。
また実際、そのように判断され、そのように実施された。
その論文が意外にも学会で評判とならなかったのは
それはそれ、また別の問題である。
