私は黒い礼服を着て読書していた。
すると、初対面の人物が次々と現れ
封筒みたいなものを差し出し、去ってゆく。
「ささ、どうぞこれを」とか、または
「よろしくお願いします」などと言いながら。
はて、面妖な。
近くの壁に内閣総理大臣のポスターが貼ってある。
これと関係あるのだろうか。
たとえば、私が某大臣の政策秘書であるとか。
そして、ここが政治資金授受の現場であるとか。
「すみません。急なことで封筒もないのですが」
財布を出しながら困惑の表情の男。
「ああ」ピンと来る。「結構ですよ」
そのまま札束を手渡されたりもした。
皆、どうやら具体的な話は避けたいらしい。

それはともかく、どうしたものか。
テーブルの上や棚の中など、そろそろ
預かりものを置く場所がなくなってきたぞ。

Back of Politics
It seems like a piece of passage in the hotel.
It's not like I was in the room.
I was reading while wearing a black formal.
Then, the first-time people appear one after another,
offering me like an envelope and leaving.
They say "Then, please do this."
Or "I would like to thank you."
Well, it is something amusing.
A poster of the Prime Minister is affixed on the wall nearby.
Is it related to this?
For example, I am a policy secretary of a certain minister.
And this is the site of giving and receiving political funds.
"I'm sorry, there is not an envelope because of a sudden thing."
A man with a puzzle expression while pulling out a wallet.
"Oh," I got instinct. "It's fine."
I handed the bundle as it was.
Everyone apparently seems to avoid talking concretely.
They probably do not want to be told a word.
Anyway, what should I do?
There are no longer places
to deposit things like table tops or shelves.
