金属加工の工場で働いている。
おもに旋盤を担当。
部分的に回転軸の異なる特殊な加工を先輩より教わる。
長年の技術的な疑問が解けた気分。
やがて、新しい工作機械が入った。
旋盤でもフライス盤でもない。
回転せずに左右往復運動を繰り返す。
操作方法を把握しないまま使い始める。
すると、工作機械そのものが加工されてしまった。
私も首を左右に振る。
失敗したのか成功しているのか、判断に苦しむ。

New Machine Tool
I am working at a metalworking factory.
I am mainly in charge of lathes.
Particularly taught from seniors special processing
with different rotation axes.
Feeling that my long-standing technical question was solved.
Eventually a new machine tool entered.
It is not a lathe or a milling machine.
It does not rotate but it reciprocates left and right reciprocally.
I start using it without understanding how to operate.
Then, the machine tool itself was processed.
I also shake my head to the left and right.
I am suffering from judgment as to whether
I am unsuccessful or successful.
