ラグビーのスクラムなのにボールがない
みたいなスポーツの大学対抗戦が始まる。
「球なしスクラム」または
「集団押し相撲」とでも呼ぶべきか。
先輩からの指示で試合に出場することになった。
ただし、じつはルール、よくわからない。
それでも結果は我がチームの圧勝。
味方の集団にくっついているうちに終わった。
「こんだしたげんのうべらんめいにだ」
負けた相手選手による意味不明な発言。
ふてくされた表情と仕種しぐさ。
どうやら隣国の選手のようだ。
他に相手選手が見当たらないようなので
たった一人で奮闘していたものと思われる。
やさしそうな先輩に尋ねてみる。
「この競技のルールを200文字で述べよ」
「知らねーよ。誰も知らねんじゃねーの」
そうか。そんなものなのか。
