これが残留農薬除去の証拠、というセールストークは嘘。
無農薬栽培のトマトを洗っても黄色い水は出るから。
客に不利な事実を伝えないのは誠意なき証拠。
詐欺商法と思われても仕方がない。
ただし、だから農薬除去効果なし、とは言えない。
野菜表面を侵食した界面活性作用の証拠だろうから。
一つの正しさがすべての正しさを意味しないように
一つの誤りがすべての誤りを意味してはいない。
あれこれ検索して調べ、注文してみた。
とりあえず、これで玄米を洗ってみようと思う。
残留農薬検出せずの玄米を用心に炊いているが
水分が浸透しやすくなり、おいしくなりそうだから。
