「いいな、遠くまで見渡せて、絶景だ」
うらやましくなる。
「うちの田舎は狭くてね、四方を小山に囲まれて
盆地の中みたいな気分にさせられるんだ」
なにしろ、小さな千の谷だものな。
Distant Mountains
I visited my friend's hometown.
A hazy mountain ridge can be seen above the horizon.
"Okay, I can see far, and it's a great view."

"My countryside is small,
surrounded by hills on all sides,
