高校時代に潜水部を発足させようとした。
今なら「スキューバダイビング部」と命名するはず。
酸素ボンベなんか用意できない。
水槽用エアーポンプを改良して使うつもりだった。
ところが、校長は許可してくれなかった。
遺憾ながら極めて危険である、と。
諦め切れない仮の部員たち。
しかしながら、おれは不許可を事前に知っていた。
タイムトラベラー、または予知能力者か。
だが、その事実を他人に知られてはならない。
それで、仮の部員たちに早く諦めてもらおうと
粗末な装置の提案などしたような気がする。
仮の顧問が仮の部員の母親にお金を支払って
食事を作ってもらったりもしていた。
なにはともあれ、水面下なんかよりは
意識の下に潜ってみたいものだ。
