元同級生だった男が来訪。
「久しぶり。お邪魔するね」
白髪だが、真ん中で分けて髪は長い。
誰だったかと考えていたら、彼は
「その前に」とトイレに入ってしまった。
出てきて懐かしそうに会話を始める。
だが、誰なのかどうしても思い出せない。
そのうち話のつじつまが合わなくなってきた。
どうも居心地悪い。
「ちょっと失礼」
おれは逃げるようにトイレへ駆け込んだ。
用を足しながら、ふと思う。
彼、トイレを借りたかっただけの他人なのでは？
それを裏づけるかのように
トイレから戻ると彼の姿は消えていた。
Visit of a Former Classmate
A man who was a former classmate visited.
"It's been a long time. I'll bother you."
He has white hair,
but his hair is long, split in the middle.
I was wondering who he was,
but he went into the bathroom "before that."
He comes out and we start a conversation nostalgic.
But I just can't remember who he is.
Eventually, the story didn't make sense.
I feel uncomfortable.
"Excuse me for a moment."
I ran into the bathroom to escape.
I think while adding some work.
Isn't he just someone
who just wanted to rent a bathroom?
As if to back it up, he disappeared
when I returned from the bathroom.
