水平線はゆがんでぼやけている。
雲もないのに星は見えない。
月日はとうに画布からこぼれ落ちたらしい。
背景と人物が微妙に重なる。
黄金分率だけでは割り切れない気配。
着衣なのか裸婦なのか
そもそも男なのか女なのか
そんなのはどちらでもよい
と言わんばかりのパレットナイフ。
その人物のポーズやまなざしや
髪や唇、輪郭線に
どんな意味があると言うのか。
謎は残るものの、ただ沈黙だけが
この場にふさわしい気がする。
それにしても、いったい
画家はどこへ消えてしまったのだろう。

Unfinished portrait, its background is dark sea and sky.

Even though there are no clouds, the stars can not be seen.
It seems that the moon and the sun have fallen from the painting.
The background and the person overlap slightly.
Signs that can not be divided by golden fraction alone.
Is it clothing or naked?
Is that a man or a woman?
It is a palette knife that tells me that such a thing is OK.
What does it mean for that person's pose,
eyes, hair, lips, and outlines?
Although the mystery remains,
only the silence feels fit for this place.
Anyway, where did the painters disappear?
