今時、色々なレンタルサービスがあり
人間の貸し借りだってできる。
労働力だけでなく
仮にせよ恋人や友人や家族でさえ借りられるのだ。
HRAにおける入会審査はきびしい。
現会員からの推薦、書類審査、筆記試験、身体検査、身辺調査、
面接、さらに幹部による協議を経て、ようやく入会が許される。
借りるだけ、貸すだけの条件を有する会員もいるにはいるが
それは例外。
一般会員であれば相互レンタル交渉は自由に行える。
口約束にせよ、なされた契約は協会の権力機構を持って厳守させる。
それゆえ、ある程度のプライバシー侵害は甘受せねばならない。
なんにせよ、広い意味での人間的魅力が一番の入会条件だ。
HRA会員であることがそのままステータスとなる所以でもある。
さて、それはともかく、今夜の妻は誰にしようか。

There is an organization called Human Rental Association,
